Professional Accounts & Samples

Complimentary samples and certain services may be available exclusively to architects, interior designers, decorators, contractors, hospitality professionals, developers, and other approved trade clients.

Access to trade services and complimentary samples may require professional account registration and verification.

4SPACES reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, sample request, order, or commercial relationship at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders, quotations, invoices, project proposals, and requests remain subject to review and acceptance by 4SPACES.

4SPACES may limit quantities purchased per customer, company, project, address, or account.

Shipping & Delivery

Due to the nature of textile production and custom manufacturing, made-to-order, custom-cut, COM, bespoke, and project-specific products may not be eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Claims regarding defects, damages, shortages, or delivery discrepancies must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of goods together with supporting documentation and photographs where applicable.

4SPACES reserves the right to inspect, evaluate, and determine the appropriate resolution for all claims at its sole discretion.
