AVS – Office for Consumer Protection – Innovative Real Estate

The newly designed office and laboratory spaces of AVS, created by Markus Schietsch Architects, showcase a tangible and visually striking building known as the “Holy-Hybrid Pavilion.” Built from wood sourced from the Aargau state forest and recycled concrete, the structure is powered by groundwater heating and photovoltaic systems, highlighting its sustainable approach.
