4Spaces X Pipilotti Rist
"Electric Idyll" was Pipilotti Rist’s first comprehensive exhibition in the Middle East. Conceived as a site-specific installation at the Fire Station Museum, the exhibition showcased a blend of her iconic works and new productions by the renowned Swiss-born artist.
Hosted at the Doha Fire Station in Qatar, the installation featured our innovative Plastic Fantastic fabric, used for the curtains. This vibrant material perfectly complemented Rist’s bold play with light and video, amplifying the immersive and dreamlike atmosphere. The exhibition transformed the 650-square-meter museum space into a captivating multi-sensory experience.
This collaboration highlights 4Spaces' ongoing commitment to supporting visionary artists and continually pushing creative boundaries.
