This summer, 4Spaces is once again part of Strandbad Tiefenbrunnen, a legendary Zurich institution and a true symbol of the city’s summer culture. Located directly by the lake, the Badi becomes a place where design, relaxation and everyday life naturally come together.
Together with ZigZagZurich, we have created a project that connects textile design with spatial experience. At the heart of it is a curated selection of beach essentials available directly on site, including cotton beach towels, terry towels and beach bags. These pieces bring colour, lightness and a contemporary aesthetic to long summer days spent outdoors.
As part of the Tiefenentspannt collaboration, we have also developed an exclusive terry towel and cotton blanket. Featuring artwork by TBS Marken Partner AG, the designs combine a nostalgic feel with a modern edge, perfect for slow and relaxed summer moments.
Beyond the products, we focused on shaping the space itself. We created custom seating areas with upholstered benches using our fabrics Marco and Polo. These seating elements are designed to invite people to pause and enjoy the moment, whether reading a book, having a relaxed lunch or simply taking in the surroundings. As seen in the image, the materials add both comfort and a subtle design presence to the outdoor environment.
